2010 West Valley 10K/5K Run/Walk benefits Caldwell YMCA

Cost: Adults (ages 18-64): $20.
Seniors (ages 65 and older): $10.
Children (ages 17 and younger): $10.

Team rate (10 people): $5 discount per person. To qualify for the team rate, all forms must be submitted together.
Location/Course: The 10-kilometer race course, which begins at West Valley Medical Center, weaves through the city’s tree-rich streets and past parks, Fairview Golf Course, The College of Idaho, the Caldwell Family YMCA and Indian Creek, the jewel of the community’s downtown area. The 10K portion is a run only, while the 5K part is a run/walk.
Registration: at www.ymcatvidaho.org. The early registration deadline is 10 p.m. April 26.
Participants also can download a registration brochure at www.westvalleymedctr.com. Late registration will be accepted, at no extra charge, from 10 p.m. April 26 through 5 p.m. April 29, then again on race day between 9 and 9:30 a.m. near the starting line. Late registrants won’t receive T-shirts until at least one week after the race.
Packet Pick up: pick up event packets from 9 to 9:30 a.m. on race day, next to the starting line, or from 3 to 7 p.m. April 30 in the hospital’s Indian Creek Room.
